I think before you do anything, why is probably the one question you need to answer before how and when.

 

The Walt Whitman quote “That the powerful play goes on, and you will contribute a verse” comes from the poem "O Me! O Life!", and beckons the question “What will be your verse?” Moving Fingers is my answer.

 

Why do I have a website with such a wide range of topics and interests?

 

The simple answer is because that is who I am. I believe we are not defined by one single thing. I am not only a husband but a father, a writer, a friend, a dog lover, a hiker, and a traveler. That makes up most of my core but I am a lot more. I'm more than one thing and this website is really a way to display what I care about and what I am interested in.

 

My hope is to also entertain and inspire. Entertain: If you read a post and say "I didn't know that" or "That is interesting." Inspire: If a subject of a post encourages a willingness to learn more or actually visit some of the places.

 

I believe the world needs more simple goodness and simple can breed tremendous rewards and actions.

 

So take some time to thoroughly look around and leave a comment or two on any blog post.
